Ordered food 8:14 pm it came 10:47 pm wrong order as I ordered 4 cookies but got chicken which was cold 4 corn on the cobs was only thing that was very hot next time I would like cookies not (CHICKEN) but don’t think I order again If I do order I will go into kfc than get it delivered people think before ordering online as they aren’t the best at giving you the right order to be very honest
I ordered foor by phone accidentally selecting wrong location, but as I realised that I tried calling the restaurant multiple times with no answer, as I reached it, because I was unable to cancel my order to at least have it, I have been told that the food has been binned so there was no food for me and was refused a refund. The owner of location near which I was at tried calling the one on Union Street without any result.
The food is fine its as per you would expect from KFC, but the place needs a good clean and tidy. The floor is greasy, the surfaces dusty and grubby.Food is fine, and kitchens look clean, but customer area needs a good clean up
Really the staffs are doing so well considering how busy it can get. The consistency in their chicken is exceptional. I love the new salted chips. Well done to KFC for changing the chips.

The food displayed on the screens looks much larger than the product you are buying. I mean 20 times. It would be a good idea to ask to see the actual container. Also the container is not full. If you pay £1.99 the packet is only half full.
