I went to grab a zinger deal. Honestly, disappointed to eat such low quality and less quantity of food. Totally overrated spot.Staff was nice and place was clean and good
Ordered for takeaway which is fulfilled by ubereats. The order arrived stone cold because the Uber eats "driver" was on a bike and took an hour to deliver the food. Also part of my order was missing, a bucket of mini fillets and received multiple bags of chips we hadn't ordered? I think somebody has messed up the order. Also the other mini fillets from the box meals looked so anemic the batter wasn't even crisp and could have done with some more fry time!Over all I would avoid it in future because there was 30 pounds worth of food that was just awful and they messed up most of the order.
I ordered the food online, after receiving the order, food and fries were super cold and no sauces was inside the delivery box. Poor service and awful management 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Every time I order from kfc food is missing quality bad my wife got sick from the zinger fillet burger was too thin and dry old fillet
If I could rate 0 I would. Rude service and refused to deliver my food even though the driver went to the wrong address. Avoid this place!!
They are just OK. Usually out of tea or coffee, customer service was nothing special. Less helpful than other branches. Probably due to being new and mostly untrained.
Went in a while back. Entered the restaurant as drive thru didn't seem to be working, waited 5 mins before workers in the back decided to acknowledge me and were giggling and having their own discussion whilst people were waiting. Customer service was terrible when I got served by an Asian lady, asked why drive thru isn't working and was told it is but I knew nobody was there as I literally waited for a while before reversing and entering the restaurant. Went back after double checking there will be someone at the window of the drive thru and same lady took the order. Food was all stone cold and had to reheat when I got home. I only live local so says a lot. Don't order unless you want to have your day ruined. Has no vegan burger as they 'dont sell it anymore' but it seemed to be on their menu which caused some confusion.
I entered KFC and the staff were really rude and ignorant towards myself. After i had placed my order the staff were continuously laughing and giggling at me just for ordering my food. This service was a zero out of 10 and I would highly not recommend anyone else to attend this business. I'm really disappointed with the staff and this will be my very first and my very last time to visit such a vile place. The staff need to be taught the basics before serving customer's. Whilst I was eating my food, I had found a peice of hair in my food, I was not happy at all. Never in my life have I ever met such ignorant staff with such a disgusting attitude. I will never step foot back in there again, horrible service and a stinking attitude towards customer's. The service was terrible.
I thought KFC was a major brand to be trusted with decent premises etc.Went in to catch up with a friend expecting a decent standard of premises. The place was empty but the tables were dirty. Two tables were clear of rubbish but had water on them. Not a problem, got some tissues and dried the tables and seats (next to the window, car park side). Sat down for less than 2 mins and we had drops of water on is and the table. This on a day with no rain, it was one of the hottest days of the year. I could it a bit pathetic that the tables along that side had water drops on them. We just walked out and went next door to Makky D's. Won't be going back to KFC in a rush.
Absolutely disgraceful, chicken had some much batter, and taste was shocking and sorry to say it was tasteless and waste of money, I would not recommend this location and keep well away. I had added an example of a chicken wing n the amount of batter which came of it
Wouldn’t bother ordered a bucket for a few of us to share for delivery through Deliveroo gravy all in the chicken yet we didn’t order gravy only one lot of chips instead of 4 popcorn chicken was missing wrong bottle of pop sent the dips we ordered and paid for went in with the order either tried phoning and no one answered. In the end up got a refund of all the missing items from Deliveroo I wouldn’t order from here again even if it was direct from the store
Been twice and both times have had bad experienceThis time I didn't get my freebies which I ordered also didn't get spoon for coleslaw nither napkins how are you suppose to finish off on the run in car !

The chicken was a bit oily and ild, the cashier was rude and unable to provide a till slip, there was no straw for the drink or salt for the chips, another really bad experience
This place needs new staff. Staff that speak English. The place is also filthy. Sauce on windows. Tables unclean. Litter on the floor. Toilets filthy
Was treated to a fantastic tea here last night..The chicken on the Zinger Stacker burger was cooked to perfection & as satisfying as ever. I also rather enjoyed the new spicy seasoning on the chips....Once again the colonel is well on-point....Keep up the great work guys
Unbelievable, how kfc odsal maximises the space. First time I’ve ever seen a mixed toilet room in the UK 🇬🇧 I felt so awkward washing my hands next to a male toilet user.
Bought a zinger burger meal and chicken pieces. It was super fast but I soon realised why. The chicken must have been prepared many hours ago as the skin was soft and soggy. The zinger burger looked like it was on a kids bun and 22 wrinkly dry chips. Horrible, horrible, horrible. It tasted as awful as it looked and there was no 'zing' to the zinger piece of chicken.
