Purchased a bargain bucket 6 chicken & 4 fries. Fries were good. One piece of chicken inedible. I would of returned it, but they were very busy.

This KFC is always very busy and the staff aren't the friendliest but it is a city centre fast food chain so you can't expect too much. They're open fairly late which is nice and do get food served quickly but are always out of something.Sometimes rather shifty characters come here but if you just order you should be fine 😅

Grimey,unclean,and just bad tasting, had a bite of everything and chucked it in the bin at home, I'll never be back and I would not recommend the place
Absolutely hassled nothing but hassled we ordered food ti be delivered spot on speed delivery and .... no sign of children meal so phoned them oh sorry we can't give u it ul need to make complaint then have vouchers keep in mind we paid for it. So my partner gotta there by drive over they denied it so my partner showed proof of phone call they phoned and orders inn receipt and pictures of food but still refused so had to basically argue with 2 managers till get food eventually that we paid for won't bother again....
Worst KFC ever.The female staff is rude and so not professional.I ordered as usual using KFC app and checked in and saw my order number is being prepared.After I have waited for almost 20 minutes and I ask the female staff and I got instructed rudely that next time I have to tell them I have arrived before they actually prepared the order.I’ve been to many KFC before and have no problem ordering using app and check in using app.The cleanliness of this KFC is also very poor.Not happy and definitely will not come again. If only we can give 0 star I will not hesitate to rate it to 0 star.
only the disabled toilet works, there is no toilet paper in it and it stinks. the food is not tasty, the corn is old and not tasty. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
When it comes to some juicy snacks chicken, KFC is my favouriteThe outlet is always crowded, they have long queues even when multiple counters are openedSo better when you are here, order online and collect. That’s quick to order and serve trickOverall food is standard towards all KFCs . So finger licking good
Staff at counter impatiently asking for items during ordering despite no long queue behind us. Tables were dirty and looked as if no periodically cleaned. We have to use wet wipes to remove some of stubborn food stains.On good things is the place serves Halal food and was open on Christmas day 2022. Nevertheless, I wonder how they maintain their "hygienic ratings" at 5!!Taste of the KFC wasn't as good as in my home country Malaysia though.
Only ordered some chicken strips. Quite pricey really, like £5.49 for three strips and a dip. I was extremely impressed by how quickly it was provided though, no sooner was I done with the kiosk when I heard my order number called. Obviously not a difficult thing to do when there are no other orders and it's a tiny order but I was still impressed by how instant it was.2: I ordered online to take advantage of the free strips deal. The big zinger burger with the hash brown was quite good. Could do with more sauce. Fries portion is pretty tiny. Some of the chicken strips broke apart in an unpleasant way. Overall it was fine but I wouldn't use the KFC app for delivery without a good deal on offer.
First time here, chicken was superb ! Definitely fresh and not too oily, and the spicy wings were delicious, haven't had KFC in a while but I noticed they added some kind of peri peri salt to the chips and it really made it taste so much better! Would dine here again for sure!
Bloody decent chicken if you ask me, delivery was quick and easy. Only slight worry would be that the delivery driver looked different to who the app said was delivering but anyways the KFC came into my hands wrapped up like a christmas present and I really enjoyed it.

Cold piece of chicken, the burger looked like it was thrown in the box and closed plus it was cold. Very disappointed with this order. Delivery was in good condition. This was the staffs fault of kfc
This is a really good branch. Service times are good (other than super peak times) and the food is pretty fresh. About as good as you can expect from KFC
Quickly served with the drive through was lunchtime, customer service was great polite and helpful when ordering also being handed the order,which was fresh hot and tasted great many thanks.
Not the usual KFC standard. Friday night, very busy with delivery orders. In store customers somewhat neglected - understandable but still annoying for those within. Shortage of staff maybe.The chicken wasn't as good. Spice coating lacking in spices or just off and 'flat'.Seating area fairly clean. Staff far too busy to give reasonable service.
This place has put me off eating in KFC. I lived nearby and the amount of times my simple orders were messed up is insane! Or the chicken was old, or recycled or god knows what. Have to mention the totally rude staff on some of the shifts, but also some really nice staff too but this does not warrant me giving any extra stars.
