Food was nice and hot.Staff rude not helpful.Place was messy tables with rubbish left. Asked staff to clear tables only to be told we busy so cant. Went to toilet to find someone had a poo on the floor.Never going here again. Avoid big time.
I’m absolutely positive that half the chicken is outsourced to local butchers.. Don’t trust this KFC restaurant! The flavour is so not like other restaurants. KFC need to send their quality control guys here and sit it down! Service is also beyond terrible! Dine here at your peril.
Fresh, hot food. Quick and amazing service. Jag and Anastasiya served efficiently. Jag looked after us nicely and made sure everything was up to the mark. Definitely coming back again.
Went to the drive tru about 10ish waited a while (slightly more than I expected) food was absolutely awful 😖 worst buger and chips I've as far back as I can remember. Chicken was dry, and a large portion of chips were tiny, which in fact turned out to be a good thing as they tasted just 🤢. Overpriced and over rated ...Never again 🤦♂️
Oh dear…it’s always been hit and miss with this place but today’s visit marks the last here. I ordered my standard Fillet Ricebox, which was basically leaves. There was barely any rice, no salad dressing, no side of BBQ beans…it was honestly the worst KFC I’ve ever had. The store didn’t have mash either, and some of the staff had a very sour attitude. Definitely do not recommend this place.
Drive through is a waste of time, took ages to take our order, then all cars directed to park up as no food ready to go. What’s the point of fast food drive through if food isn’t ready. Waited 15 minutes for 2 box meals, what a joke
Got drive-through twice, including a total of 3 orders of the sweet chilli bites, which is supposed to be 4 pieces of chicken. 2 of those orders only had 3 pieces. I mean it's really not hard to count to 4, so I presume it was done deliberately. Won't be going back again.
We have had KFC from many of their shops and have always been reasonably happy with the food, but the food at the Sinfin outlet leaves a lot to be desired, the coating on the chicken is almost tasteless, the beans are cheap, sweetcorn has a wiered taste, and the chips are absolutely disgusting, however the bottle of Fanta was lovely, we will not be back.
Adverse reaction within an hour of eating here for both of us. Rang store. Manager said food is temperature checked. Google head office for contact details if you want to take it further.4 trips to toilet within 3 hours of consuming the chicken here . Never pooped so much in my lifeTerrible stomach pains for 24 hours
Came around after 1pm on Sunday. Service was quick from ordering and receiving my food all within 5 minutes. Tables was cleanedToilets was very messy and the handle of the door was very stickyNot really the best but everything else was perfect
Now I went for some pieces of chicken to the recently opened restaurant in Asda and I am ashamed of the pieces of chicken that they have given me. They are the size of an egg and to this more than I asked for some french fries and they do not appear ...
