Great food, clean and good parking. Let down by lack of front staff and the self service checkout.I get it saves you money. But it turns a 1 minute order into a 5 minute order.

Given 4 star as rating as a KFC, not a top class restaurant. If you're reading reviews figuring out what a KFC is I think you need to go out more. 🤣I'm not normally a fan but the wife likes it. Less greasy than normal and very prompt service (compared to Cardiff Centre branch where I always seem to have to wait ages).

Burger was terrible. Chicken was thin and stringy. Also the both of mine and my partners meals were cold. Had a supercharger burgur but the sauce the smallest amount I've ever seen on a burger. Won't be visiting again

The appearance of the car park was better than other branches that I have visited. One item ordered on the board was unavailable, but the staff were polite and helpful with my new choice. My wife and I still struggle with the atmosphere in most branches. We eat in the car.

do not recommend, done an order on the app got to the second window for the lady to say they don’t do sundaes but even tho the moneys been taking out of my account for her then to say we can’t get a refund and could only swap them for krushems or a side
