Waited 25 minutes for my order after paying, saw multiple take away orders leave before mine5 customer's along side me waited this time once approached the staff just said they are waiting for chicken.When the order arrived, grabbed it got myself home to find Four chicken legs in the order no variation.... .. So I paid nearly £10 for fries, water and 4 chicken legs that took 25 minutes.Never coming here again.
Don't go to this KFC it's filthy went take some sugar it was rock solid all of them where and full of sugar mites my son ended up with them on his jacket we left the food on the table untouched waste of £45 bucks a inspection is called for or shutting down and a proper deep clean deffo needs never seen that in my life left feeling itchy won't be bk and has really put me off KFC all together 🤢🤮😡 only gave one star to comment but personally it should be minus 10 star's

Went here before a hockey match and it was like a war zone. There was rubbish strewn over all the tables and the bins looked liked they hadn't been emptied in hours! They had no wipes or napkins and just rolls of blue tissue lying g around the place. The toilet floors were soaking wet and like a skating rink! The place is shockingly understaffed and poorly managed! Food was not too bad when it finally came but definitely won't be hurrying back!
Huge rip off, KFC used to be better. Now £10 for a small meal, and if you want regular pepsi, you'd better bring your own. Who even is KFC to decide that I cannot drink regular pepsi if I want to? They don't even give you sauce anymore, they are that cheap. I'll never visit KFC UK again.
I found this place dirty, not thought out well etc. Had a boneless bucket to eat in as an outing for my 3 year old grandson . No paper plates or any means of setting out your food. Was spooning the Coleslaw and beans out of tubs directly onto food in our hands, which wasn't ideal for a 3 year old. Was supplied 2 cups for a meal for 4. Straws unravelled in our drinks, had to go on the hunt for sauces and forks etc.Splashes of " whatever " all up the windows. Table dirty, floor filthy, toilets dirty.Only reason we stayed was because my grandson was enjoying himself, and the food was pretty good.
Went through drive through, quickly checked order and noticed menu items were muddled in with others, meaning we had to sort out our meals.Then realised there was also items missing and had to wait to see someone and empty contents of bag to find what was missing... 40 minutes from ordering to leaving 🙄
Was only up here for a trip to take my 4 Yr old to see santa at dobbins. So decided to have a KFC before goin home. Food was good but what was really disappointing was to sit in our car eating food with our 4 Yr old and watch not 1 but 2 different drug deals take place in the car park right in front of us. Really put a damper on things
Okay, noisy when the local police Scotland garage services gang comes in for lunch but make it a safe atmosphere lol who’s gonna cause trouble in a cafe full of police Scotland folk!!! Trouble is I’m coeliac so not safe for me at all I had a cup of tea I brought with me and crisps and a biscuit I brought with me! Hubby got a decent feed for £9.99 and I got to smell it - all I can do these days. Sad going out and being able to eat on the go safely ends when you have coeliac disease too much cross contamination and a massive lack of knowledge in the entire “eat out and on the go” industries. Sad but true.
I got a drive through, the staff were polite and friendly but the chicken skin looked dark and over cooked and the chicken inside was dry , l didn't enjoy it i would say the worst kfc ive had so far. Having said that the chips and ice cream were good.
Tables left dirty, ordered table service due to heating difficulties and they instead shouted my order number out (which I couldn’t hear!) and our food sat to go sold and some kids in restaurant admitted they were going to steal it if it sat there any longer. Top tier KFC couldn’t recommend less. Also no receipt was given from machine, only one poor guy was working restaurant and till which clearly was a struggle, I don’t blame staff at all I blame management
Till staff were lovely but the veggie salad box came 1/4 full with no beans..when I took it back in they had put 2 beans with a teaspoon of sauce in the box. Absolute joke for £6
KFC rank highly in my value for money that leaves you feeling content until a next meal. This is also one of the more dependable locations for getting your order correct, but as always it is recommended to double check things. My biggest gripe, which I don't think is the locations fault, is that not everything on the menu can be ordered online for collection etc.For example, in store I can ask for a zinger rice box with extra fillet. This doesn't exist on the website or app.
