Chinese staff - most of them with basic English (it is not a problem for me!). Ordered chicken drumsticks. We got them stone cold. Took them back. The woman probably hasn’t done anything, so gave them back cold again. I asked the second time to change… she was very arrogant, she said it wasn’t her fault that the meat was stone cold. So, yes… cold food for £20…Great location in the heart of the St John’s market. Lots of other shops. Close to shopping streets, Central Station, Lime Street Station and and of course to Matthew Street and the Docks / Riverside. So this business doesn’t care much about the quality when we can count with the thousands of benefits of this location!Big dining area with plenty of seatings. Tables are not clean, sticky, greasy etc..Great place (that’s why I gave 4 stars for the atmosphere) for people watching…I personally don’t recommend this chain, plenty of better ones around.
Warm food and that is eating in, music was so loud it took a few calls for me to hear my order, and the fries have changed, they now come covered in pepper or something and are not nice, keep them plain or salted
I used to love KFC but immediately changed my mind when I tried it from Liverpool one branch. I ordered the zinger box and it was horrible. The bun was falling apart, chicken was cold and fries were tasteless. The service and food quality was inadequate.
Just been in contact and a manager named toni spoke down to me as if I was a toddler because I had a complaint she didn't want or give me a chance to explain my side of the complaint just asked what it was about then literally give me both barrels without taking a breath KFC need to train the staff better
Not open till 11pm like it says online (Thursday evening) been before, moody staff and long wait on food. Overall really disappointed with the service and the fact they shut before they are meant to.
Very bad service, lack of basic things and very poor sanitation and cleaning. Ordered for 2 but got one. And they put every items altogether. No drinks No mayonase no ketchup and no paper towel was there in the kfcLong time waiting for using the washroom because it is always locked and need a staff to open it but the staff is less cooperative as wellPlease don't go to this branch of KFC
Food arrived eventually. I asked why it took so long the delivery driver said he had to drop off two other orders before ours.! Think it's cheeky to charge us for delivery if he's dropping off others on the way!! Opens the bag and first of all the cold cans were in the bag with the food literally on top of my burger so food was cold and dry as **** and chips were cold too but at least the drinks were still cold though. Opens my burger and I mean I was like where is the lettuce and what was on it had seen better days! Hardly any mayonnaise on it either. Wish I ordered a mcdonalds very disappointed.
Visited on the 30th July, the bins were overflowing, thick dirt on skirting walls, the toilets were vile, order machine didn't produce my receipt, food was cold, given alternative food for items that's wernt available, asked for a refund and was told to email customer care, I've got over 20 emails with customer care telling me the restaurant have to refund me, I've called the restaurant maybe 30 times now and keep being ignored, here's the proof of my calls, emails and pictures of the disgusting kfc restaurant in Charlotte street liverpool
Whilst in Liverpool, sample the delights of this sad fast food restaurant, where the chicken is so hard after being left in the oven for hours at a time, that you can expect to lose a few fillings - no samonella poisoning here. The miserable portion sizes. The lack of staff wiping tables is sure to be a hit winner with Covid. Yep, the food here certainly tastes funny alright. Avoid at all costs.
Went on a Saturday afternoon and it was a long wait - long queue for the cashier and long wait for the food (spent around 20 minutes waiting). Then when the food came out, the original piece chicken looked like it had already been eaten and was missing half of its batter. Flavours were good though, chicken was tender and not overcooked, the food was piping hot so you can taste its fresh and not been hanging around.Shame about the wait, just seems like they need more staff in general, only one person on the tills and what I could see, only two people behind cooking.
Visited for a quick bite to eat after getting off the train in Liverpool. Dirty place, old food left everywhere. Struggled to find a slightly clean table. Understaffed and what staff they did have looked overworked. Couldn't put our food in the provided bins because they were overflowing. Shocking for a city centre fast food joint.
